Home skip-link → nav → Start console → footer identity plate. Method skip-to includes #wave-one. Product skip-to includes #promote-runway. If a reviewer cannot tab to the plate, the plate does not exist. ⌘K is a local index, not a hosted search box.
After sign-in, focus restores to the requested console tab heading and a polite live region announces it.
